PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025.
- Introduction
Entrepreneurship Promotion Association (EPA) SACCO LTD is a registered savings and credit co-operative society (SACCO). The SACCO invites proposals from qualified and eligible audit firms for the provision of external audit services for the financial year ending 31st December 2025. Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may be renewed annually for up to two additional years until 31st December 2027.
- Mandatory Requirements
All interested audit firms must submit the following:
- Team Profiles. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of the Partner(s) and audit personnel to be assigned to the task. Clearly state the roles and responsibilities of each member (senior and junior staff).
- Relevant Experience. Site references and documentation of past audit/accounting work and Special emphasis will be placed on experience with Co-operative Societies.
- Professional Accreditation. Valid ICPAK Membership Certificate and 2025 Practicing Certificate for both the Partner and the Firm.
- Regulatory Compliance. The firm must appear on the current list of SASRA-approved auditors.
- Financial Proposal. Clear quotation in Kenya Shillings (KES) including, Audit fees, any disbursement costs and applicable taxes and levies. Note: No extra amounts will be paid beyond the quoted figure.
