POSITION 2: SACCO CREDIT OFFICER
EPA SACCO LTD is a medium-sized Sacco operating within Rongai, Kiserian and Ngong. We draw membership from both Employed and Businessmen/women .We wish to fill vacant positions of Sacco Credit officers.

Job Description.
Reports to the Sacco Manager and the Board of Management. They will be responsible for Credit Management and Accounting roles among others as stated below:

Responsibilities

1. Answer all questions related to Sacco services and products.
2. Attend to members’ needs and make necessary follow ups to ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction.
3. Appraise loan applications as per the Sacco lending policy, maintain and update data on all borrowers.
4. Ensure all loan installments are paid on a monthly basis.
5. Ensure minimum monthly savings are made on a monthly basis
6. Follow up with members who have delinquent loans via telephone and emails as per the lending policy.
7. Ensure implementation and strict adherence to the Sacco’s customer care policy and service delivery standards.
8. Lend support in the development and execution of society’s marketing, communication and outreach activities to grow membership and enhance society’s image.
9. Collecting and analyzing all feedback received from customers and reporting to the management.
10. Provide accurate, detailed and timely response to all customer requests using official communication channels.
11. Any other duties as assigned by management.
